Songstress and all round good looking woman Kate Bush.
This is a rough pencil sketch done without any real reference other than a phootgraohic imaage of the top half of her face.
I did it to work up some ideas on composition for a portrait painting, or I should say more accurately, part-composition, as I'm looking for a form which only shows half the face and that is only seen in shadow.
