"Judge Anderson" [After Bolland?] by Pat Kent

Another unfinished A3 sketch. This time partly in colour. It's the "Judge Anderson" character from the AD 2000 "Judge Dredd" stories, done about 12 to 15 years ago.

I think the original was by Brian Bolland, but if I'm wrong my sincere apologies to the artist.
