Anna Nicole Smith
Anna Nicole Smith was born Vicki Lynn Hogan in Mexia, Texas, on 28 Nov 1967.
As a topless dancer, she went on to achieve considerable success as a model. Anna Nicole's obvious [42 DD] charms also brought her to the attention of Playboy magazine. She was their cover girl in March 1992, posed naked as Vickie Smith for their May and June 1993 centrefolds. And as Anna Nicole was named the Playmate of the Year in 1993. She also secured a lucrative contract as the public face [or should that be bum] of Guess Jeans.
In 1994 amid much press hype she married the 89-year-old oil-billionaire Howard Marshall II. His death some 14 months later initiated a feud with his family over his estate, which saw Anna Nicole Smith in regular courtroom and news appearances as part of the battle for the oilmans wealth.
She also appeared in several legitimate [and several not so legitimate] films, including one of the Naked Gun movies.
She died on February 9th in Florida aged 39.
