A piece by New York based artist Chester Huang. It is one of a series of several Chester has done based on comic characters, particularly Jessica Rabbit, in the style of the great pin up artists like George Petty and Gil Elvgren.
The scan doesn't do justice to the quality and fineness of the blended pencil work. A very nice drawing.
